Not a fan of Aldi myself.

Much prefer to shop elsewhere and get better quality reduced and on offer.

    Big fan of Aldi myself.

Much prefer to keep my money in my pocket and get similar quality to that offered at other supermarkets.

I love Aldi and genuinely feel my anxiety level reduce after I've been able to do a big shop there and re-stock the kitchen, nappies, loo roll, wine etc.

Hate doing anything other than top-up shopping in my other options Tesco or Sainsbury these days. Much prefer just being able to put anything in my trolley at Aldi, knowing the price is going to be fair, as opposed to having to tut at the prices, trawl through all the available options to see what's on special offer (AKA at the right/fair price), or hunt for reduced items in Tesco or Sainsbury.

    Long live Aldi!

It always cheers me up seeing our huge newish empty Tesco superstore 100 yards away from an always-busy Aldi.

Wish I could get into Aldi (their cistern bleach blocks are the best)but it's far too popular and the car park isn't big enough. Fortunately I now have a Lidl even closer but (like this morning) I have to be there @ 08:00 as it opens, I don't think they realise how popular they are going to be when the design and build these places. Wish they had longer opening hours- closing @ 20:00 is too early.

Our local ones all close at 10pm. I mean no offence, but could you be reading 20:00 wrongly?

Just rechecked and it's 21:00 for Lidl Shoreham. Aldi Portslade is 20:00. Nice to know I have an extra hour now.
