No it isn't, it's a statutory pay as you go scheme.- At the moment, it's in surplus
Again, no it isn't - talk of surpluses and deficits doesn't arise.. if younger one stop paying- older ones won't get pension
No, that's not how it works.(in case, if Govt is bankrupt).
Um, if the UK govt went truly bankrupt, it would be more than NHS pensions that go up the spout.0
