Looking for plumbing/electrician courses help

My husband is looking to change his current job in time. Are there any plumbing or electrician courses that he can do along side his current job in farming.
He can turn his hand to anything and looking for a change but obviously doesn't want to leave stability of current job, so looking for courses he can do either online with attendance at night school or occasional visits to attend centres for training.

I suggest he Google searches for local colleges near to where you live for courses he can attend - do you have a community college perhaps in your area? Google is your friend for things like this - open the search, type in plumbing courses in (your area) and go! If you need any help with that let me know.0
