Hi , this is my first time on anything like this , and I am a little lost , I want to buy a business but have no collateral in the uk I have two properties for sale in France but lenders won't take them as security , I am looking to borrow about £25.000 can anyone help or have any suggestions please . Any bank will want to see you putting at least as much as they do into a business, the only thing you can realistically do is wait till one of both of the French properties sell.

Use proceeds of sale of property, and if desperate reduce property price to the point of giveaway!!

Get a business plan and speak to a small business adviser - they will advise you to wait until one of the properties sell then go and spend your money on whatever you want.
