secured loan with a different bank?
Hi,
I searched for this on internet but could not find any answers, hope people here can provide me with an answer:
Is it possible to get secured loan from one bank while keeping your mortgage (for the same house) with another bank? In other words, is it possible to have two different lenders securing the loan with the same property (of course assuming there is enough LTV)?
Thanks
Robert

Yes, assuming the lender is happy to do so.0

Some lenders will want you to ask permission before a second charge can be granted.
Do you have a reason why you would not want it all under the roof of one lender?0
