NRP rental income and avoidance

Options
I have recently found out that my ex partner has been earning additional income through renting out one of his properties (And strongly suspect that he has been doing so for the last 5 years).

If I am able to prove this, can the cms (or small claims court if that is a road I would need to go down) back date this income to be included in a child maintenance calculation?

When we moved from the csa to the cms I realised that his income had increased significantly (almost doubled) since the initial child maintenance agreement we had and that he did not declare this to the csa.

Is there any way of back dating this also as I feel he has purposely avoided paying the child maintenance that he should rightly have payed over the years. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
