ex employer owes me 1100

update on this - I contacted the Insolvency Service - they confirmed they had received my application for monies owed, not redundancy. However they cant give a timescale for payment as the company is still legally solvent! The only advice they could offer was to contact the insolvency company to see when insolvency is likely to occur!
The guys who run this business are experts in shady trading. I think what theyre doing is putting JUST enough sales through the books to justify not going insolvent but, as they have done in the past, there will be pockets of money hidden in carrier bags.
My question now is, as it seems that HMRC are no longer pursuing them on the employees behalf and as they are not insolvent, where do we go from here?0 -
Just bumping this as I am off work today so if anyone has any further advice I have the day to act on it
Thanks0
