Not sure if this is right so someone else may alter the comments, but why CCA Marbles? They have sold the account years ago so are unlikely to have paperwork.

Exactly, they are the ones who would have issued the original CCA, so if they don’t have it it’s not enforceable, NCO can’t just make one up of their own it has to be a copy of the original or one reconstituted from the original. If Marbles reply we don’t have it then happy days and it’s also proof that the one that has been sent to me is fabricated.0
