Transferring into LGPS

I’m not sure what I want to do is possible but here goes! I have about 4 years in LGPS. I am 64 and have not drawn this pension yet. I am currently in employment and paying into USS. Is it possible to switch my USS into LGPS? I ask because my limited research suggests that LGPS is a better scheme at the moment. Please correct me if I am wrong. Advice welcome

No, you can't. When people do transfers, it is generally from old pension to new pension. Not the other way around.0
