Tagging friends

Hi all
Is there a thread that gives names of people that do not mind being tagged in competitions. Is there a list for Instagram, twitter and Facebook. Some of my friends are getting fed up with receiving invites for things they know nothing about lol. So is there a dedicated list for tagging? thank you in advance.

Glad this question was on here as my Facebook account is for comps and I don't have people to tag.
