I am finding it hard to source a comprehensive list of lenders who offer 90% ltv on new build, shared ownership flats. Will my options be severely restricted or are there plenty out there who offer this?

I am thinking it might be better to stretch my finances to put down a 15% deposit, but I would rather keep this money back for emergencies.

Planned purchase is shared ownership of 40-50% full value £187,500

I have one, I am meeting him at the end of the month.

I just know many brokers browse these forums and I like to do my research... sometimes too much!
  • Shared ownership new build flat definitely limits the market options. I think I've placed a couple with smaller lenders. Your broker will be best to help you with this.

Thanks, I will have a chat with him and see what he says. The only ones I have found online so far are Hanley and Skipton. I may just go with a lower share of the property so that I need a smaller deposit.
