    Thanks everyone. The tax code will change as the expected rental income needs to be removed. Overpaid tax will be arranged through my employer/work. Then we went through the criteria for having to do a self-assessment, conclusion was that I don't need to do a self-assessement in future. Would get message online about new tax code and letter in post about no need to do self-assessment anymore as they have closed my SA account. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. :T
