I have just heard that the bankruptcy case where I am a creditor is no longer being dealt with by the OR and is now with the insolvency practitioner. The last I heard was the OR was still waiting for some information from a third party who had received a considerable amount of money transferred into their bank account from the bankrupt a couple of months before declaring himself bankrupt.
My concern is that the third party has not come forward with the information that the OR requested about 3 times from him/her. What are the chances of this happening? or would the OR keep pursuing until he had this information?
I know the bankrupt person 'hid money', he already made the excuse to the OR he gave money to his sister as this was money owed to her from over the years!! I have a feeling the third party was another relative.
