Evening all,
We're looking to move closer to my wife's family as we're expecting our second child and want more of a support network around us as i work away.
I declared bankrupt Aug 15 and subsequently discharged Aug 16.
We have around 35K as a deposit and the houses we're looking at are around the 140-150K mark. My earnings are 37K PA with zero outgoings on debts, etc.
Does anyone know of any Mortgage companies that would touch me as i have not been discharged for 3 years or more?
If anyone knows of someone could they tell me so i can approach them?
Thank you for your time.

2 years discharged there are a couple of lenders via brokers only.
You would need a minimum 20% deposit but you have over that. With your deposit, you would be looking at a rate of around 5% for 2 years. After that, there could potentially be a few high street lenders available.
Best to find a broker with experience in adverse.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. No harm in PMing some of the mortgage brokers on here, that's where I got mine from"It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"

They probably aren't allowed to approach you directly on this board due to forum rules.
You have already had one broker address your questions on this thread
Otherwise are there any friends or relatives you can ask for broker recommendations? You do need one with decent adverse experience.0
