When does csa switch?

I’m asking for my brother he currently pays monthly csa payments but hasn’t had any information about it being closed, when is this meant to happen by? I’ve read it should have been the end of 2017. Thanks

According to the latest published statistics, 99% of the CSA’s cases had begun their case closure ‘journey’ as of June 2018.

I think your brother needs to call them to find out what’s going on with his case.

Thank you I will definitely tell him to call them as he’s still paying payments direct to the csa
