House purchase fell through with Kensington, can I change the house on the application

Hi all,
My house purchase had fallen through, due to length of time taken with Kensington. Is it possible to move my application to a new house, and if so will this add more time? My MA has indicated that an offer should come through any day but is based on the old house purchase.
