Indigo 'Penalty'

I've read the FAQ and a ton of other posts, just want to make sure of the ground here.
Car parked in a railway station, day ticket paid for via the app.
Returned to car to see penalty stuck to window of car, because car was parked in 'premium space'.
Was marking on car park tarmac re. premium space, suspect driver did not see these markings as he/she would have been maneouvring over the writing while parking
From FAQ, approach taken is:
Do not appeal
Await NtK and respond with string out tactics being careful to not give anything meaningful away
Please correct us if anything wrong with this approach
Question is where the ticket was actually paid for by the mobile app, has this already given away anything meaningful?

You are doing everything right so far. Nothing given away by app payment. This could have been a relative or colleague who was an occupant of the car, not the driver.
Please complain to your MP and the MP where the car park is located about this unregulated scam.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0
