Annual Mortgage Statement

Does anyone know how many working days it takes for Halifax annual mortgage statements to arrive? I've been told, by them - 3-5/5-7 and 7-10!! This was when I called them and spoke to 3 different people during 1 call. A case of 'I think I know but let me pass you onto someone who really knows'.

Given the number they mail out. There's unlikely to be a definitive number of days. Some will arrive earlier than others.

Thanks Thrugelmir. They said it was printed on 9th October; might have been posted on same day or next but no real idea on delivery time after being posted out. I'll go by the 10 working day timespan.

If there's 750,000 to be mailed out. Then going to take a fair few hours for the machines to envelope them. Print machines run a lot faster.
