Nationwide Loan PPI

Hi,

After submitting the initial Nationwide online PPI form I received a letter confirming PPI was attached to a personal loan agreement taken out in 2005.

My question is what is the best way to move forward with my complaint. Nationwide offer an online PPI complaint form. do I just go through and answer their questions in their form or does using a MSE PPI complaint template carry more favor?

Thanks
Saint
