If you mean statute barred, that's only if you've not acknowledged the debt in any way for 6 years. As they're in your DMP that won't be the case.

Please just call Payplan and let them know, you won’t be in any bother.

DMP case officers will simply add the creditors and amend the budget or send your file to the assessment department for checking to ensure you’re still in the best solution. Either way, it’s better to give them a ring or an email ASAP before you struggle any further
