Is it to early to apply for another mortgage

Hiya guys I'm new looking for some advice,

I was looking for a house were we wanted to live and year went by and none come up for sale so we decided to buy a cheap buy to let and I've been accepted about 3 weeks ago and the mortgage company have just sent me the offer in writing,

The thing is, is that a house has now come up where we want to live lol, so I'm wondering whether I'm wasting my time ringing the mortgage advice or not,

So I'm wondering whether I will get accepted for a mother mortgage or is it to early.

We do two applications at once all the time.

Often it's a let to buy where you do a buy to let mortgage on the existing property which is being retained and a residential mortgage for the onward purchase.
