10 Entrants will be selected at random on Wednesday 24th October after 10am.
The Capital Yorkshire Breakfast Producer will contact each of the 10 selected entrants by telephone for a short informal discussion.
Entrants will have to meet a criteria; the producers are looking to ensure they are on brand, enthusiastic and don’t have any medical conditions which would prevent them from being enclosed in a small space for 60 minutes.
The Capital Breakfast Producer will select 1 winner from the 10 Entrants. The producer’s decision is final.

The selected Entrants must be available on Friday 26th October to visit Capital Yorkshire in Leeds from 7am.
The winner will be shut in the box provided and positioned at Capital FM Yorkshire.
The winner will be expected to stay in the box for 60 minutes in order to win the prizes

The box will be positioned on the floor outside of the studio. The box will not be locked at any time.
Our Capital FM Managing Editor will be manning the box for the duration of the promotion to assist if the winner wants get out before the 60 minutes.
Our Capital FM Managing Editor is a First Aider and will be on hand at all times throughout the promotion.
The winner will be expected to stay in the box for 60 minutes in order to win £500, two tickets to Stockeld Park Fright Night and queue jump to be ‘buried alive’. If they don’t last the 60 minutes listeners will have the opportunity to steal the cash.
The Capital production team will be adding various props into the box to accompany the winner. We’ll place a microphone to the winner along with speakers in order to play music and sounds into the box.
