The actual shoe by the steel parts are wearing quite severely. I am in need of new shoes! I wouldn't be asking them constantly if I didn't
Well, why didn't you say that in the first place? All you said was "my steel toe caps were getting worn and asked for a new pair" - well I wear shoes every day, so they are, by that very definition, "getting worn".
Without that info, frankly, your first post just sounded like you were throwing your toys out of the pram 'cos you didn't get exactly what you wanted, when you wanted it, and there are plenty of those types around.0 -

Well I kind of thought I highlighted the point by saying 'Getting Worn" but still not quite going 100% into detail.
It's a very active job and I average abut 21,000 steps per shift, which equates to just over 10 miles per day according to my fitness trackers, that I walk in these Steel Toe Caps. That means over 50 miles per week since May, I'm surprised they've even lasted this long

Unfortunately, it's "going 100% into detail" which differentiates a legitimate concern from a whinge, as none of us on the internet can see said shoes.0 -
