Bankruptcy - our home

I have a couple of questions regarding our home in advance of our meeting with our trustee tomorrow, if anyone has any experience please?
1. The average value of house on our estate is £190,000 and our current mortgage is £148,000. We MAY be able to raise family money to buy the trustee's stake. What is the lowest amount they are likely to accept? They are sending a valuer round next week, but our house is in a bit of a state as we have had no money to spend on it for the past 10 years, so I am hoping for a low valuation. Will the trustee be looking for a quick sale figure?
2. Unfortunately our 14-year-old daughter (who is currently being assessed for Asperger's syndrome and does not know she may not be living in this house for ever) is having some kind of mental health crisis and is self-harming at school. She (and we) have been escalated to the CAMHS crisis team Does anyone know if this might be considered a mitigating factor to at least put off the sale of the house until she is 16? I think the upheaval will not be good for her at all.
3. And finally … we are currently being helped by our MP to question the fairness and validity of PG of European business grants/loans. Our MP has stated that we should ask the trustee that we stay where we are until both children are 18. I don't think that's a goer at all, but thought I might as well ask!
Thoughts anyone?
