Cahoot not acting on instructions
I posted a request to my Cahoot loan account asking them to make a one-off direct debit payment that would reduce my balance to zero. They have not acted on it (two months in a row) so I have entered a complaint. According to their T&C they have eight weeks to resolve my issue before I should take it further...
Assuming they eventually agree to act on my instructions can I get the extra interest back (3-4 months worth) they have taken since my original instruction was in October? Would I need to ask for it or would I need to claim it back by another route? Any advice would be appreciated. (Not that I don't trust banks or anything...!)
