Urgent advise needed - Loan application error

Options
Hi, I'm in a right mess and was hoping you could help me out with some advice. I recently applied for a loan for £6,000 to purchase a car. I can't remember there being a section being a home owner or tenant etc on the application. The only time something like this was mentioned was when I entered my address and it asked if I had a mortgage for that property, I said no as it's owned by my wife and has been since before we met.

The application was accepted. I've received a copy of my application form and it states that I'm a homeowner, but that I don't have a mortgage on the property where I live. So basically I ever have another property with a mortgage or I own another property outright, neither of which are true. I've received the money, but haven't touched it as I don't know what to do. Should I bring it to the attention of the loan company and see what they say or just return the money + interest?

Any advice would be so much appreciated, Hx
