hi does anyone know of the address for "fredrickson international limited" the address i have is for a po box and im not sure if you can send a recorded delivery letter to a po address, any advice please

I take it this is a uk company?
If so, you should be able to get their registered Head Office address from Companies House

Part 10 says they leave an advice card...
I would phone the number given in yell.com and ask them to confirm their address and that they can receive recorded delivery. If they say the po box address, query about recorded delivery. If they ask why you want to know, tell them you are updating the contact details for company xx database.
