I was served with a statutory demand in September from a creditor who I managed to get into debt to through someone else (long story)
Anyway, this creditors solicitor has now said their client will withdraw the demand if I pay them £100 per month.
After alot of working out finances and reading threads here, I have sent them a list of my income and expenditure, and a list of all my creditors and how much each creditor is recieving per month from me, and also a cheque for £50.00, half of what they are asking for.
Will they agree to this amount per month even tho it's half what they wanted to withdraw the demand or will they go ahead and bankrupt me when they see how much debt I'm actually in!!??

What about CCCS or Payplan, they could help you with this if you have different debts and negotiate with them. They would not leave you short of money0
