Hi my partner is going to apply for bankruptcy in Scotland within the next few weeks, I have a few questions about the process, as far as i remember she would need to open a basic bank account (barclays) now, then contact national debtline, then pay the £200 to the account in bankruptcy , would this be correct, her outgoings outwat her incomings and she has no assetts is it a certainty to be accepted? thanks in advance
