in Cutting tax
If I was to buy a house, make renovations on it and sell it on, are the renovations tax deductible from the income tax, just as the stamp duty, selling and legal fees are?
If I was to rent out said house, could I, similarly, include the tax deductibles when I do my annual self-assessment on my income tax?
