FTB, Graduate & Probation

Options
Hi,

Wondering if anyone could offer some advice...

I graduated this year and have been in full time work since the tart of July. I’m on probation until January but have found the perfect house now...

Which lenders are open to probationary periods?

Thanks

Most will be open to it, although it will form part of the scoring of the application and would probably go against you - but that does not mean you will not be accepted.
