You cannot sign a legal document at 16

The age of legal consent is 18, that is the point

And you are not allowed to sign up with a friends address to obtain goods/services
You are being dishonest in the least and signing
a false declaration to ob tain the same ie fraud in the worst case.

Other than the above, if it is more than 6 years since this debt was accrued, it cannot be enforced at it is statute barred.
