Private Pension ReAssure will not pay

I've have a had a number of Pensions that over time I have turned into Annuities with one more to take which I have been trying to get ReAssure to turn into an Annuity for over three months now. All I keep getting is apologies we will sought it. For the last three Mondays I have spent an hour or two on the phone waiting to speak to someone who when they answer says yes we will post out the form to fill in. Well Monday's nearly hear again and still no form. I have tried to escalate it within ReAssure but I do not seem to get anywhere. what is worse Reassure already pay me an annuity from another pension I had.

Where do I go from here ? Help please

Do ReAssure still offer annuities? Many of the providers have pulled out of offering an in-house annuity and require you to transfer it to an annuity provider.

Perhaps the promise to "sort it" means sending a transfer form (the form that never arrives)?

Hi Dunstonh long time no talk, I received a letter from ReAssure on the 3rd August and within the letter Quote :- ReAssure no longer offer our own annuities Instead, we refer customers wanting a guaranteed income for life to LV on & on Unquote. I remember the time Ed Investor (I think) asked me what guarantees I had with another pension I now understand what she meant. LV could only offer me an open market quote, which I am not happy about because the guaranteed income would pay 3 x the amount, anyway ReAssure do do these Annuities again but they would not admit it until I started to put pressure on them. I have took xylophone's advise & raised a complaint with ReAssure and now with The Pension Ombudsman. I will for the umpteenth time telephone ReAssure on Monday and see what happens next.
