Divorce and mortgage

Hello
In hoping someone may be able to help me track down what I did 8 years ago!
I'm currently getting divorced and my soon to be ex is insisting that my family home be included in the marital pot. The family home was in my name and the names of my father and my sister. However when we were looking to buy our first home together 8 years ago the mortgage advisor at the time had me get my father and sister to sign some form which basically removed my intrest in the family home and allowed my husband and I to get our first mortgage together without the family home being considered.
When I am credit searched the family home doesn't show on my credit file but my name is still on the family mortgage and title deeds.
I've called the mortgage advisor, the conveyancing solicitors and the mortgage company but there is not record of such a fork. I can't remember what it was called or where I would have sent it.
My sister still lives in the family home.
My soon to be ex is well aware that we signed such a form however without evidence he is insisting it's in the pot.
Does anyone know what the form/process would have been in 2010 for this type of process?
Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Do you consider you still have an interest in this family home. It seems strange that your Dad and sister signed something to remove your interest and you didn't. Can you not contact the solicitor to see if they have retained your file?
On the face of it I would say if your name is still on the mortgage and deeds then I think he is right it is in the pot."You've been reading SOS when it's just your clock reading 5:05 "0 -

Whatever the document was. Made no difference to your part ownership of the property. Which may well be considered an asset when divvying up your marital assets between you and your ex.0
