Compulsory overtime and annual leave

Hello all
A while back I remember a legal case going through concerning an employee who had to carry out overtime as part of his daily duties and this not being accounted for when he was on leave. I believe the case, from a couple of years ago, concerned a company in Scotland.
I wondered if anyone had any information on this or if they knew if the claim had been successful as I was in a similar situation with my previous employer.
