Hi all
I fell into debt trouble a few years ago and spent years trying to sort everything.
This is all over 6/7 years ago and none of it is on my credit reports
Today I received a letter from a company who seemed to have bought one of my old debts that I thought was written off as it isn't listed on my credit reports and I haven't had any contact with the company for years.
What rights do I now have and do I have to pay them even if it isn't listed on my credit report?
