Remortgaging a cornish build

Hi im in a position where i can hopfully stop paying an interest only mortgage, buy out my ex wife, and take on a mortgage myself and start paying it off. Unfortunately im falling at the final hurdle, it a cornish build prefab from 1950, there is abit of equity in property, but not many places want to mortgage a cornish build. I been reading horror stories about them but tbh, never experience the issues people have been saying. Is there any where that do Cornish builds, or failing that how much would it cost roughly to rebrick a house bear in mind it only be one level as the up stairs is all tiled roof

get a broker who will know which lender to approach

There will be a lender that will do it but you'll either have to do some research yourself or enlist the help of a broker.

I approach 2 brokers so far, unfortunately my bank said no once they relised it was cornish build
