hi there was planning on doing a pork stew tomorrow in slow cooker but was wondering if i needed to cook pork through first or if it would be ok just chucked in with veg? Thank you

Hiya, a lot of people just chuck it in and it's fine. My own personal preference is to brown the meat first to seal and colour it, but you don't need to cook it right through first.
Saying that, if I do sausage casserole, I don't brown the sausages first.
