SelectSpecs Contradictory UV claims - legal

Options
On the selectspecs website it has two contradictory pages on UV coating.
Their help page claims all their lenses have UV protection as standard. It even writes the word ALL in caps.

But the price list page shows that basic varifocals don't have UV coating. I approached them last week & was told by a man on the phone that the 1.5 & 1.56 don't have UV coating. He seemed unconcerned about the false statement on the website. And they have made no attempt to correct it.

How is this allowed, it is an incorrect claim & they are not wanting to remove it?
Who would I report this to?

The page you linked to says all their sun lenses have UV protection - not all their lenses. I read this as all their tinted ones protect, but saying nothing about the clear ones.
