Pension Sharing Order after Divorce
v100
Looking for some advise on a pension sharing order after a divorce.
I have been informed by my provider that i have to pay £2,100 to them in order to enact the agreed pension sharing order.
My question is: is that something I should pay, my ex-wife or should it be shared?
Thanks

Ask the provider which end they will deduct it from.
If they tell you that it's up to the parties involved, then this is something you and your ex-wife will have to agree between you along with the rest of the settlement.0
