IVA Reclaiming Charges - Cheeky?

Hi there

Just a couple of questions..

1. I am half way through a £35k IVA - am I able to claim charges, or if I did, would this just go straight back into the IVA anyway?

2. OH is doing his own DMP - can he reclaim? Don't want to annoy these companies who are currently working with us to get the debt down.

*I have also posted this in the bank charges forum, I thought I the more advice I could get the better*

Thanks! :beer:

    1. Not sure

    2. I wouldn't, they might get ratty. Better to work out how much the charges are and then either;
    * Send a nice letter at the end saying I owed you (for example) £3k, I've paid £2.5k, you owed me £500 in charges, let's call it even.
    * Use it as fuel for a full and final settlement in the same way
