Good Morning,
March 2019 will be my 6 yr anniversary since I declared myself bankrupt. Can anyone shed any light on what will happen to my credit file. Will everything just automatically drop off and my credit score improve?
It hasn’t been an easy 6 years and unfortunately this year I have had late payments on a credit card and a CCJ (which has now been paid). So really hoping bankruptcy disappearing will improve things.
Thanks in advance

Hmm credit files etc can be a little hit & miss....sometimes your better to be honest to leave it a month or 2 after discharge then have a look here

get a look at your credit files and see if everything is as it should be that way then you can write to any creditor who's not been updated of discharge etcNot quite a newbie as you think
