I went bankrupt in July had a mortgage and secured loan with ex partner and was told by my official reciever that these would be included in the bankruptcy and now my ex was liable for these.
Basicaly the loan has now not been paid for 3 months and i have had the company on the phone demanding money. I explained I was bankrupt and they said it didnt matter and I was still liable to pay it. Is this true am now panicking

Hi Nicky,
You're most certainly not liable for them. Indeed you'd be showing fraudulent preference if you did pay them anything, and they're certainly acting well outside any accepted regulations and guidelines.
Take a note of the person you've spoken to, the time they called and refer it to your O.R. Their security is the property, they have no basis in law to expect a penny from you.

Not only do they have no basis in law but it would be illegal for you to enter into any agreement.
Anyway, you owe them nothing!!
If they continue to harass you, get a name and log the time etc. ask if the call is being recorded and refer them to your OR who will take a very dim view of what they are tryin to do.
Best of luck
