Performing Arts Course Funding

I am looking for funding available for Performing Arts courses at a private college providing courses in professional Dance & Musical Theatre.
The courses do not qualify as degree level so students applying for loans via Student Finance is not an option.
Students study a Level 4 Diploma in Dance Teaching and the rest of the course is practical, studio based learning with classes developed specifically to train students for the performing industry.
Students used to be able to get Career Development Loans but this scheme is ending soon. Is anyone aware of a similar scheme that will replace the Career Development Loan?
The college takes students from age 16 minimum up to 22-23. The younger students are not able to apply for the 16-19 Bursary Fund as it is a fee-paying college, not public-funded.
I am looking in to the 19-24 Advanced Learner Loan but this will not be available to some fo the younger students.
I am really struggling to find many funding options to help these students to pay for their tuition. Does anyone have any more information that may be helpful?
TIA!

Have you tried asking the private college 'Student Services Dept' about the funding routes of which they are aware? They may have knowledge of potential funding options for you.
