Lamb and pork

I have managed to tidy / clear out my large chest freezer ( at long last) I have uncovered a leg of lamb and a leg of pork that t
Have been lurking for about 3 years !!! Will they be 'safe' to cook and eat or should I count my losses and bin them ??? Any ideas what to do would be greatly appreciated X

    They'll be fine. They maybe won't have as good a texture as they would have done but they won't be poisonous..

    They'll be fine. At worst, you might have a bit of freezer burn. Not a big deal though.

    They will be safe.

    What you lose over time might be colour - and there might be a little bit of taste degradation... but they're safe.
