    Good luck. Bankruptcy was best thing I did. It took me 4 years to expunge it from my credit file and get access to credit again and I’ve been relatively clean since and just got a mortgage with a mainstream lender.

    I remember feeling like a huge weight had been lifted off my shoulders.

    Thanks guys. I keep checking to see if it’s been approved, but it hasn’t as yet. I can’t wait to tell my creditors that they are getting nothing from me!

    You won't have to - the OR will do that for you providing you don't qualify for an IPA.

    depending on office workload though....can be up to 8wks before creditors are informed
