Aldermore will I be accepted?! First time buyer

Options
Hello we have applied for a mortgage via Aldermore it went to DIP and underwriter has accepted it. Now meeting with our mortgage advisor to submit full application, will it get declined this far down the line or accepted?

Comments

  • You’ve only done a DIP they need to see all relevant documentation before they can make a decision, once you put in the full application that’s when they decide. Your mortgage advisor would be best placed to tell you how likely it is you will be accepted as they will know your history.

It’s a stab in the dark for us. Good luck.

You are far too early in the process to say whether or not you will get accepted.

If an underwriter has had to manually approve your DIP then assuming everything you have told them is correct and can be evidenced and your bank statements (if they ask for them) are not showing lots of gambling/bounced DDs etc then you will probably be fine. But that is about the best anyone can say at the minute.

  • As AGC has said, if it has been to a human then if you can provide the evidence of what you have declared then there generally would not be any issues
