I have just been reminded about Caudalie today, a French company, and thought I would mention it for any new members who did not see it first time around.
If you contact them (bottom right on screen), describing your skin type and asking for samples, they (almost by return of post in my case) send you some lovely little samples, about three or four if I remember correctly.

The best thing is, they keep your name on file and send you more out whenever they have a mailshot - I have had four lots now, over time, the latest today from their Vinoperfect range, one sachet each of Perfecting Cream, Night Correcting Cream and Radiance Serum.
