            Hi,
I have only just signed up for a clubcard and am a little confused when people talk about them zeroing points. I hought that you could save them up (say for xmas) but if they just zero them every few months how can you save them up? I dont really understand, please could someone explain?0

does anyone know if you have a paper temporary clubcard that is not registered yet.........will the points carry over to next statement in february or will the points be cancelled and lost forever...0

            hi
i got my tesco mailing points yesterday0

I think they will Zero like normal, however cs staf can only see points on a temp card for 6 months... so you will need to register and then Im sure you will need to make the call to cs to get these points added on.
If you hop on over to www.paidtoshop.co.uksomeone there will confirm...Bit of a Florida Fan :j

Every 3 months they send you the points you have earnt by post in the form of vouchers , they then reset your balance .0

I think the cut off date was something like the 21st October so a couple of weeks ago - any points collected since then will be left on your account till the next cut off date. Therefore my accounts never really zero as I've usually racked up more points in the days between cut-off and being 'zeroed'...if that makes sense !
So most of the points I've collected buying J&J will go forward to the next cut-off date
 Hope that helps

Mine must have been zero'd also - was starting to get worried as my £70.00 spend shows points for visit at 70 but my total points is 44. I thought the total would include these points so shall wait and see.0
