Fixture and fittings issue

We just moved into a new home a couple of days ago, on the fixtures and fittings form it was clearly stated that the washing machine would be left. Ticked in bodl as included. When we arrived there was just a gap instead of the washing machine. The estate agent has passed on the proof of the form via email to the seller to sort.
Has anyone else had issues like this when they moved I to their new property?

Most likely you'll buy one and get the seller to foot the bill as they are in breach of contract.
Also, it's nothing to do with the estate agents really, raise the issue with your solicitor asap.0 -
Expert reviews give the Beko wtb1041r2 a best buy award and it costs £280.
To buy yourself a new washing machine and speak to your solicitor.0 -
The purchaser's loss is of course a second-hand washing machine, not a brand new one. Second-hand appliances are pretty cheap.0

Lucky we have a good family the in laws are buying us a brand new one today. Was just wondering we did make some equity off the house we just sold, obviously we moved on Friday after the solicitors fees, stamp have been took I assume they would have been by now. We would be left with a small sum, what is thr normal turn around for this to reach our bank account?.
Also the garage door of thr new property was reversed into and required new one. And a tree needed to be removed (separate issue) seller was notified prior to sale going through. In the end they agreed to pay for the garage door and 500 towards the tree.
Was a bit strange the next step our lender had to agree to a allowance for this, and did it as a cashback amount from our mortgage. Not sure how this is deducted from the actual sellers lender.
But anyway we are still waiting for that amount to hit our bank account, and ideas what the hold up could be?0 -

We had integrated dishwasher, integrated washing machine, curtain rails and poles, all ticked as included.
All removed when we moved in.
The living room fire they said was not functioning on the information form, I queried why, was told it needed a small part replacing, that part turned out to be the fire itself! Really stretched the truth there.
House absolutely filthy, rubbish all over the floor - they didn't even bother cleaning at all.
Solicitor said no point chasing as would cost more in money and worry to get them to sort it and they would likely be really difficult as they had been throughout the whole purchase.0 -
Email recieved from solicitors monies will be in tomorrow0
